Elevé Pilates & Matcha Bar – Refund & Studio Policy

​1. General Policy

All purchases made at Elevé Pilates & Matcha Bar are considered final. We do not offer refunds on any classes, class packages, memberships, events, gift cards, or promotional purchases.
Our full policy is always available on our Contact page and represents the most up-to-date version.

2. Class Packages & Memberships

  • Class credits and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including change of mind, schedule conflicts, or relocation.

  • Please ensure you are able to commit to your package before purchase.

  • Class packages are valid for a limited time as stated at purchase. Expired credits cannot be extended or refunded.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • You may cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty.

  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours) and no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package or a no-show fee being charged, depending on your plan.

  • If a member cancels a class themselves, it cannot be restored in the system. Only Elevé Pilates & Matcha Bar can restore a cancelled class.

  • Cancellations or booking changes cannot be processed by phone, as the system does not allow manual adjustments once a payment has been processed.

  • In the case of special workshops or events, separate cancellation policies may apply.

4. Medical Exceptions

  • In the event of a serious medical issue (e.g. injury, surgery, pregnancy), a partial extension or credit may be granted at the sole discretion of Elevé Pilates & Matcha Bar, upon presentation of a valid medical certificate.

  • Refunds will not be issued, but in some cases, class credits may be frozen or rescheduled.

5. Intro Offers & Promotions

  • Introductory offers are limited to new clients only and may not be refunded, paused, or extended.

  • Promotional packages or discounts cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • They may only be used for eligible services and products as stated at the time of purchase.

7. Changes & Studio Cancellations

  • Elevé Pilates & Matcha Bar reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or instructors. In such cases, your credit will be automatically returned to your account for future use.

  • If the studio closes temporarily (e.g. for holidays, maintenance, or unforeseen events), your credits or memberships may be paused or extended accordingly.

8. Contact for Exceptions

If you believe you are entitled to an exception due to extraordinary circumstances, please email us at info@elevepilatesbar.com within 7 days of the issue.
