Exclusivly for Women
Elevé is a women-only studio - not out of exclusion but intention. Its a space where women can move, grow and connect without pressure or comparison.
Small group classes
We keep our classes intentionally small. No more than 7 people per session. This allow for personal attention, guidance and a calm focused atmosphere.
